Shipping Information:

Singapore Customers:

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all Singapore orders. Orders will be shipped through local couriers from our local warehouse, ensuring swift delivery within 3-5 working days. 

Asia Pacific:

We offer two different options for orders that fall into our Asia Pacific category.

Standard: Receive in 8-14 Working Days 

Expedited: Receive in 3-5 Working Days

Rest of the World:

There is currently only one delivery option that we provide for countries outside Asia Pacific.

Standard: Receive in 10-14 Working Days 

 

Import Taxes & Duties

Each nation has distinct import regulations, and whether or not you incur taxes depends on your country's specific laws. It is advisable to verify this information either with your country's tax revenue services or your customs agency.

 

Exchange and Refund Policy:

While we are confident you'll love NOON Golf products, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. For a full refund, you have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return for your Golf Sunglasses and Ultimate Golfer Gift Set. All accessories, including the Noon Golf Signature Magnetic Golf Towel and Premium Golf Ball Pouch, are not eligible for return.

To be eligible, returned items must be in their original condition, free from signs of wear and tear, and include all original components (e.g., sunglasses case). All returns undergo inspection, typically taking 5-7 business days. Do note that Noon Golf will courier back any returned sunglasses that do not meet the above return criteria.

However, for all returns and exchanges, we hope you will understand that we ask you to assume responsibility for shipping your order back to our showroom at Noon Eyewear Blk 264 Serangoon Central #01-223 Singapore 550264. For local orders, we will cover the fee of shipping any replacement back to you. For international orders, we currently don't have the economies of scale to cover the cost of international shipping for the replacement.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@nooneyewear.sg. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund, which will be credited back to the card used during the original purchase.

 

Manufacturing Defects / Faulty Goods:

From time to time, manufacturing defects can occur. If your item reaches you with a defect (from either manufacturing or from improper handling by customs), please email us at hello@nooneyewear.sg. The item must be returned to us before we can process a refund or send a replacement, so do be patient with us! If your item is defective, we will ship you a replacement free of charge. 

 

Warranty Information:

All our frames and lenses are covered by a comprehensive 1-year warranty, safeguarding against any potential manufacturing defects from the moment of purchase. For fine-tuning or repairs, email us at hello@nooneyewear.sg, and we will guide you to the closest physical store with our dedicated team to assist you promptly and professionally.

 

Processing of Orders:

After placing an order, we process it promptly within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and consolidate all items into a single package for delivery to the specified address. Please note that orders cannot be divided and shipped to different addresses or dispatched separately. If any changes to your order are needed, kindly contact us via email at hello@nooneyewear.sg as soon as possible. However, once the warehouse has processed the order and couriers have scheduled collection and delivery, modifications may not be feasible. Please anticipate slight courier delays of 1-2 days during holidays and peak demand periods, and plan your order accordingly.

 

We might encounter limitations in delivering to certain countries and territories.

Noon Golf offers negotiated shipping rates for most destinations globally. However, if you're in a country without these rates, we'll do our best to find a viable shipping solution for your sunglasses.

Should we encounter exorbitant shipping costs, leading to a loss for the business, we reserve the right to refund and cancel orders. While extremely rare, this measure ensures the economic sustainability of Noon Golf.
